This is a senior-level role responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and develop business opportunities through direct sales and partnerships
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts
- Forge relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessment
- Develop market-entry strategies tailored to each country's unique landscape
- Ensure market penetration and brand awareness of certifications in both sectors
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is advantageous)
- 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in testing, education or certification sectors
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
- Deep understanding of the language learning landscape in Southeast Asia, including stakeholders and market trends
- Experience working across cultural contexts and portfolios
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is beneficial
