Job Description

At National Bookkeeping and Management System Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings with stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office events and team activities, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
