Job Description

The Call Center Trainer plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for delivering impactful training sessions that align with business objectives and operational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions that meet performance expectations and drive results.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and other leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and create actionable plans for improvement.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to trainees to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in training or managing teams in various fields, with a strong focus on developing others.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Fluent written and verbal English language skills are required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary for this position.
Equipment Requirements
  • Computer: minimum Core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Dual screen setup for optimal productivity.
  • Headset: A4Tech or Jabra USB-type headset is recommended.
  • Internet connection: wired connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
