Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Learning Solutions Specialist to create engaging training materials and consulting with stakeholders. Our team is dedicated to innovation, empowering individuals to maximize their technology usage and remain connected across devices.

The Learning Solutions Specialist position entails collaborating with internal partners to design and develop training solutions, managing instructional design content, and driving improvement through innovative approaches. The role also involves consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and creating tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training course materials using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Design assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training programs and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery.
  • Establish clear learning objectives, considering audience, behavior, conditions, and standards.
  • Assess current training content and drive improvements in creativity and innovation in training display and distribution methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with creative uses of instructional design technologies, including eLearning platforms and authoring tools.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, encompassing various formats such as instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing mobile devices, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and appliances preferred.
