Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (training background is not required but a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year training experience
  • Good interpersonal skills/communication skills.
  • Must have MS Excel Technical skills
Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitates new hire classes, continuous education, refreshers, upskill trainings as needed or requested by stakeholders, cross training
  • Coaches learners on training performance and behavioral opportunities to ensure development/improvement
  • Maintains facilitation best practices by ensuring that the trainer is meeting standards
  • Prepares all logistical concerns needed for the training (e.g. venue, equipment, training materials, etc.) in coordination with appropriate group/s.
  • Ensures that end of day report is sent on a daily basis with all pertinent information logged into the report
  • Updates various training database/files on a regular basis
  • Administers training satisfaction survey/Agent APP to new hire training
  • Provides information needed for, but not limited to, playbook discussions, training performance files, training calendar
  • Responds to email that may not necessarily be addressed specifically to the trainer, but is knowledgeable enough to reply as topic maybe within scope of the trainer being a subject matter expert
  • Creates instructional design materials for new hire training, continuous education, information dissemination, etc.
