Job Overview

As a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of training programs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver new hire classes, continuous education, refreshers, upskill trainings as needed or requested by stakeholders, cross training.
  • Coach learners on training performance and behavioral opportunities to ensure development/improvement.
  • Maintain facilitation best practices by ensuring that the trainer is meeting standards.
  • Prepare all logistical concerns needed for the training (e.g. venue, equipment, training materials, etc.) in coordination with appropriate group/s.
  • Ensure that end of day report is sent on a daily basis with all pertinent information logged into the report.
  • Update various training database/files on a regular basis.
  • Administer training satisfaction survey/Agent APP to new hire training.
  • Provide information needed for, but not limited to, playbook discussions, training performance files, training calendar.
  • Respond to email that may not necessarily be addressed specifically to the trainer, but is knowledgeable enough to reply as topic maybe within scope of the trainer being a subject matter expert.
  • Create instructional design materials for new hire training, continuous education, information dissemination, etc.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (training background is not required but a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year training experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills/communication skills.
  • Must have MS Excel Technical skills.
