Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue on assigned customers, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and act as primary point of contact for clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Continuously monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to relevant teams.
  • Business Development: Stay up-to-date on sector and market trends, taking a consultative approach to understand client drivers and requirements.
  • Event Representation: Represent the organization at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
Requirements
  • iGaming Experience: Previous iGaming experience is essential, preferably in an Account Management or Casino Management role.
  • Fluent Communication: Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Location Flexibility: Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar.
  • Self-Motivated Individual: A motivated and self-starting individual with excellent social and communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to handle difficult clients and pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Coping Ability: Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
