Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable process from start to finish.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with a focus on accounts receivable management. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, as well as maintaining accurate AR ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with financial reporting and basic analysis.
  • Handle accounts payables and support tax compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams.

Core Expertise:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate AR ledgers.
  • Follow up with clients professionally on overdue invoices.
  • Handle client queries regarding payments and terms.
  • Implement effective collection strategies in line with compliance standards.
  • Generate AR reports and suggest improvements to AR workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Around five years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong background in accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in Xero.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written).
