Senior Accounting Professional

The Finance Department is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support month-end close procedures and maintain associated workpapers in accordance with GAAP and best practices.
- Manage the entire fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including tracking capital expenditures, calculating and recording monthly depreciation and amortization, and performing periodic reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.
- Collaborate with the Revenue / Receivables team to drive timely and precise cash applications.
- Execute month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper elimination entries are made for consolidating multiple legal entities.
- Assist in preparing schedules and providing documentation for annual financial audits.
- At least 5 years' experience as an in-house accounting professional preparing month-end close reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
- A completed university degree in accounting; CPA (or similar international charter) preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Sheets is also required.
- Comprehensive familiarity with GAAP accounting; advanced proficiency in lease accounting is a plus but not required.
- Dedication to accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
