We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Panoptik Global. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain filing systems and databases
- Coordinate procurement activities, including requisitions and contracts
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in Oracle-based or other ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
