We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Panoptik Global. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including requisitions and contracts
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in Oracle-based or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
