At Panoptik Global, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Draft and finalize correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and workshops, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and monitoring income.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions.
  • Relevant experience in government organizations is an asset.
  • Experience in Oracle-based or other ERP systems is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
