Job Description

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to manage our presence on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon platforms and a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, including optimizing product listings, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO strategies for improved visibility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Product Listings: Ensure accurate and compelling product information in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Conduct Keyword Research: Utilize keyword research tools to identify relevant keywords and phrases for improved search engine optimization.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track pricing, inventory, and sales performance across both platforms.
  • Resolve Compliance Issues: Identify and resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to create A+ content, brand stores, and promotions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze Sales Reports: Analyze sales reports to provide insights for growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies.
  • Tools: Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
