Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Growth Strategy Specialist. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with at least 3 years of experience in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders and affiliates, while optimising performance and driving ROI.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in performance marketing and expand our affiliate network globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and onboarding new key opinion leaders and affiliates
  • Maintaining effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
  • Analyzing performance data and providing actionable recommendations
  • Developing and implementing promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
  • Building reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and identifying emerging key opinion leaders
  • SEO/Backlink Strategy
  • Tracking and maintaining a healthy link profile
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
  • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
