Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer Job Description

The position of Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer is open to highly motivated individuals who are well-versed in managing ecommerce platforms and developing digital marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include optimizing ecommerce platforms, creating compelling content for product descriptions and social media posts, analyzing website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on our ecommerce platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms including Shopify WooCommerce Magento and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SEO SEM and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp Klaviyo and familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
