Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying and data-driven forecasting.

As a proactive partner in client success, you will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions the organization as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate, insight-driven forecasts to ensure seamless execution of strategies
  • Lead the development of growth maps using the Prophet System
  • Manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail and prioritize accordingly
  • Maintain data integrity for clients across Statlas
  • Execute the Prophet system to 100% within required timelines

What Success Looks Like

Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas. Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards. Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results and maintain market-leading outcomes.

Adhere to rigorous quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution. Meet deadlines and budgets, ensuring timely on-target performance.
