As an eCommerce Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our Shopify store, ensuring that products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional. You will troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers as needed to resolve problems efficiently. Your expertise in site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow will enable you to make data-driven recommendations to enhance usability and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the Shopify store to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Shopify analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce optimization to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement simple customizations.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
