About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects focused on improving organizational operations and marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Identify and implement automation tools and systems to streamline workflows, communications, and marketing processes.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the non-profit sector.
  • Proven experience in integrating automation tools and processes in marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with Circle.so and GiveButter.
