Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.
Key responsibilities include reconciling high-value financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing collections and credit approvals, and developing cash flow projections.
The successful candidate will also lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team, collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies, and conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation.
The Financial Operations Specialist must possess expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP), and excellent English communication skills.
