Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee our financial operations related to credit card transactions.
This remote position involves processing payments, tracking expenses, and reconciling statements to maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities include monitoring and recording credit card transactions, reconciling statements, managing payment schedules to avoid late fees, and maintaining credit health.
Additional duties include maintaining/updating financial records (accounts payable/receivable), recording daily transactions in accounting software, validating employee credit card usage, organizing receipts, and analyzing spending for cost-saving opportunities.
A key responsibility is generating reports on credit card expenses and transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
The successful candidate will also assist with month-end and year-end closing, supporting audits with detailed transaction records and reconciliations.
Requirements- Bookkeeping experience, preferably with credit card transaction management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and reconciliation abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Purely work-from-home opportunity.
