At our company, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our team is responsible for collecting data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone and online inquiries.

The role involves performing outbound calling and initiating offline inquiries according to targets defined by the campaign. This requires a deep understanding of data research and project procedures.

  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner.
  • Gather predetermined data about provider services.
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity.
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts. You must also have an in-depth understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing.

  • Clear understanding of how credit checks and credit requirements work.
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks.
  • Ability to read lender materials and capture data with zero-defect accuracy.
  • Clear, neutral spoken English and high attention to detail.
  • Data entry discipline in a form-based tool/CRM.
