Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers via video calls, chats, and email.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and route them to team members in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to video calls, chats, and reroute customers to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with Managers and customer support representatives to connect customers on Zoom.
  • Develop best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintain a great Zoom room environment.
  • Educate customers on chat/zoom support functions.
  • Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience.
  • Connect Senior Specialists with scheduled customers.
  • Facilitate Urgent Escalations by working with Managers and Senior Specialists.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative/clerical assistant, or relevant role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) is preferred.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep accurate records and important information quickly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers.
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers.
  • Emotional intelligence to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the call.
  • Ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
