Job Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Specialist will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.

They will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling customer needs to provide timely and professional service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.

The successful candidate will be passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve its purpose.

They will be expected to deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include providing accurate information, handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, recording client details, scheduling visits, updating paperwork, maintaining records, and performing data entry.

Additionally, they will assist with coordinating events, monitor supply inventory, perform problem tracking, and ensure proper escalation of issues.

Requirements
  • Candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and office tool applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in sales and client relations.
  • Prompt and punctual with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Quick typing skills and experience managing tasks across multiple screens.
Schedule Requirements
  • Full-time: 8 hour shifts
  • Monday - Friday with rotating weekends as needed
