Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager Job Description

As a key member of our plant maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
  • Plan and execute repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute maintenance tasks with minimal operational disruption.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • License required.
  • Relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance roles.
  • Certification such as CMRP is a plus.
  • Skilled in maintenance systems and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
