Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of maintenance crews and overseeing the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist maintenance crews in the operation and maintenance of facilities, machines, equipment, buildings, and roads;
  • Review and implement construction project plans;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on work performed and progress made;
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve departmental goals;
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and relevant licensure;
  • At least 1 year of experience in water distribution operations;
  • 2+ years of experience in security and/or safety management is an advantage;
  • 40-hour BOSH training and certification in PSIS and PCO training preferably;
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office;
  • Valid driver's license with restrictions 1 and 2.
