Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of assigned lines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety and quality systems, and leading breakdown analyses to initiate strategies for addressing operational losses.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in maintenance operations, preferably in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising a team, managing maintenance activities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. In addition to technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute electrical & mechanical preventive and/or corrective maintenance aligned with production plans and established standards;
- Coordinate with involved departments on PM plans, basic equipment care, and all corrective or preventive maintenance activities for all mechanical and electrical components of the line;
- Conduct daily inspections of the line and ensure compliance to implemented safety and quality systems;
- Prepare maintenance reports; lead breakdown analyses, and initiate strategies & action plans to address non-conformances, operational losses, and continuous improvement related to mechanical and electrical components of the line;

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, preferably in maintenance operations;
- Experience in implementing relevant management systems in the food industry, including EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC;
- Strong leadership, communication, and basic management skills, including planning, leading, organizing, and controlling;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP;
