Maintenance Personnel

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General repairs & maintenance of machines & equipment's.
  • Electrical troubleshooting, repairs of plant, building electrical system and repairs machines & equipment's.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting, repairs of machines planning & equipment's.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on machine & equipment's.
  • Inform Maintenance Head of needed parts for machines, equipment, tools and other related maintenance equipment.
  • Advice / Guide machine operator on proper usage, operation and care of machine / equipment's.
  • Advise machine operators to stop operation if continuous machine operation pose great risk and hazard to personnel & environment.
  • Advise machine operators to stop operation if deemed necessary for immediate repairs and that continuing operation will result in machine or products damage, and/or will cause personnel injury.

Job Qualification

  • Trade school or Vocational Graduate or College Level
  • Must be able and willing to work in an extended hours.
  • With at least two (2) years as a maintenance or electrician in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Preferably with NCII
  • With good moral character.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
