Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our organization in a critical maintenance role. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery by performing routine maintenance tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain electronic components and equipment used in any machine that involves electricity.
  • Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations.
  • Inform immediate supervisors on the improvement/modification/adjustment done or completed.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for daily activities and maintenance plans.
  • Determine root causes of electrical problems or failures of operational machines and equipment.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of all machines and equipment.
  • Plan and record periodic electrical testing and recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet accepted operating standards.
  • Attend to any breakdown affecting production and carry out troubleshooting and repair in an effective, resourceful, and professional manner.
  • Responsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment.
  • Practice lockout/tag-out and follow all safety, quality, 5S, and plant rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge in electrical technology
  • Proficient in using computers and engineering application software and the ability to learn how to execute it
  • Able to read and interpret electrical drawings is an advantage
  • Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and Safety are needed
  • Good communication skills in order to properly relay concerns related to maintenance and operation
  • Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills in order to relate well with people from different levels and even from different departments
  • Good English language skills (oral and written)
