Job Title: Senior Workflow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management
    • Oversee the completion of all assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
    • Maintain and implement operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support.
    • Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
    • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution.
  • Team Leadership Oversight
    • Supervise and mentor team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants.
    • Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance.
    • Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
    • Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations as required.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
    • Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams to ensure timely task handoffs.
    • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
    • Flag operational concerns or task delays to the relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting
    • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins.
    • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs.
    • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates.
    • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices.
