Job Description

The role of a Workflow Automation Mentor involves guiding and supporting team members in developing their skills in workflow automation. This includes providing one-on-one mentoring, group training sessions, and feedback to ensure that individuals are meeting the necessary requirements for the job.

The mentor will be responsible for rendering all mentoring hours and responsibilities for the specific program they are mentoring in. They will also be required to double-check LX materials for quality assurance purposes when needed or applicable. Additionally, they will need to complete all the forms needed by Eskwelabs Operations team for the improvement of the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates who have strong analytical and planning skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They must also have proven time management skills, empathy, and adaptability. Technical expertise is also essential, and the candidate should be comfortable mentoring employees of varying levels (junior, senior, executive).

Candidates must be highly proficient with some of the following workflow automation tools and skills, and able to quickly learn and pick up any that they might not be familiar with:
