Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design and build intelligent workflows with global impact.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid to senior-level automation designer/developer to join our remote team and help deliver AI-powered automation solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client and internal business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform (e.g. AI Builder) as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
