As a Client Experience Enhancement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and success.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical skills to evaluate escalations and provide effective solutions within key performance indicators. You will work closely with our team to implement process improvement strategies and lead the client experience specialist team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and address customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the overall client experience.
  • Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role or client experience management.
  • Supervisory experience in a virtual setting.
  • Strong comprehension of client service practices and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
  • In-depth understanding of product offerings and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
