We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
- Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service-level expectations
