Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Supervisor to join our team at HR Network Inc. This key role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a sales team, and building and nurturing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Present and promote all company products and services to current and prospective clients.
- Identify new sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts.
- Conduct targeted sales activities, including presentations to design and architectural firms and real estate brokers, to generate leads.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on leads and referrals from field activities.
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
- Address and resolve client issues within 24 hours, coordinating with Managers as necessary.
- Prepare status reports covering daily field activities, account status, closed accounts, and follow-ups based on quarterly goals.
- Present monthly KPI reports and performance concerns in Mancom Meetings.
- Supervise and support Sales Representatives, providing training and coaching plans quarterly.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- With 5 years of experience in managing corporate or institutional accounts in construction, architectural design, or a similar field.
- Strong network with architects, engineers, or interior designers.
- Proactive in acquiring and maximizing accounts.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel across business locations.
- Amenable to work onsite in Manresa, Quezon City
