Unlocking Business Potential

As a Business Credit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering small business owners to achieve success by guiding them through the process of building their business credit. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 interactions per hour (inbound and outbound), plus written correspondence.
You will:
- Collaborate with clients primarily over the phone and email
- Utilize our online systems, including CRM tools, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer support to empower our clients
