**Job Overview**

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a group of customer service agents in providing exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of call center experience and/or 1 year in a supervisory role. They must also possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with call center tools and performance metrics is highly desirable.
