Operational Excellence Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in scaling the way we work. This pivotal role will involve driving actions to analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional processes, ensuring sustainable, high-performing operational foundations.

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement: Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes
  • Collaborative Improvement: Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams
  • Culture Development: Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, to promote ongoing learning and optimization
  • Framework Design: Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks
  • Consistency Implementation: Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity
  • Audit Support: Audit & Compliance Support
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Support Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Change Management: Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
