Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our core business processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting key operational tasks to maintain accuracy and efficiency across various business operations.
  • Maintaining seamless and timely processes within our core business operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in payroll or finance.
  • A strong understanding of payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
