Job Title: Zoho Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the migration of our jewelry company's core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho is required.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect) is essential.

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.) is necessary.

Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries is preferred.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements are required.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting is necessary.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands is an asset.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho is desirable.
