
Sales Growth Specialist

Our company is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and closing contracts with property owners.
Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing property management leads, managing the full sales cycle, consistently achieving 10–15 closed deals per month, using LeadSimple CRM to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting, building strong rapport with prospects through persuasive and professional communication, collaborating closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure seamless client handoff post-sale, maintaining accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress, analyzing performance and refining sales strategies to continuously improve results.
A successful candidate will possess native-level English skills, proven sales experience ideally with a real estate or property management background, strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas in previous roles, tech-savviness with experience using LeadSimple CRM or similar platforms, self-motivation, persistence, and results-driven attitude, high organization skills with strong attention to detail.
The compensation package includes a base salary during the training period followed by a base salary plus commission for meeting targets. Benefits include flexible working hours, remote work arrangement, and an opportunity to grow with the company.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture property management leads
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts
- Consistently achieve 10-15 closed deals per month

- Build strong rapport with prospects through persuasive and professional communication
