Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Specialist to drive incremental revenue from existing customers by working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to mine additional revenue from key accounts.
  • Position the organization effectively to win new revenue opportunities through strategic business expansion and renewals.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate their growth through tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in account management.
  • Lead industry events/conferences by actively networking and promoting the value proposition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and define growth strategies for their organizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise sales.
  • Previous experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is desirable.
  • Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
  • Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
