Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence in NetSuite platform development.

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams, develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies
  • Drive custom NetSuite development including SuiteBundler/SuiteApp and SuiteFlow implementations
  • Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices
  • Ensure proper implementation of custom objects, workflows, and NetSuite administration
  • Strategic Execution:
  • Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives for ERP platforms
  • Lead product consolidation efforts across multiple NetSuite implementations and customizations
  • Coordinate cross-team technical decisions and manage technical debt in enterprise systems
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Experience with ERP system implementation and management
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems
