We're seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a NetSuite Developer, you will play a key role in implementing the product roadmap and working closely with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Proactively investigate gaps / issues, identify potential solutions, and present them to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Work with various teams to ensure timely resolution of Finance production support issues.
  • Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation, and go live.
  • Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, testing, reviewing, and evaluating new functionality.
  • Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
  • Lead data management and migration activities.
  • Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines.
  • Engage in other areas of Finance such as Security, Compliance (SOX), Reporting, Production, and participate in change management support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Experience in Javascript or any other programming language is a must.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
