Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to support our end-to-end billing function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining customer records, agreements, and invoicing in line with company standards.

  • Support the accurate setup and maintenance of customer records, agreements, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and timely communication with stakeholders
  • Streamline billing workflows and generate reports for management

The ideal candidate has experience in an MSP environment and excels in the following areas:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proven experience in international billing operations
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
