Required Skills & Experiences

Educated in tourism or similar fields; previous call center experience in sales capacity or other call handling experience preferred. Hotel/travel experience desired.

  • Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to customize generic information.
  • Strong web-based navigation skills.
  • Ability to use tools and resources to represent geographical needs.
  • Basic software and hardware troubleshooting.
