Overview

You'll bridge analytics and engineering to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate stakeholder needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools within tight deadlines.
  2. Create and deliver comprehensive reporting packs for managers, directors, and executives.
  3. Partner with teams across operations, recruiting, HR, coaching, marketing, sales, and finance to build flexible, self-serve tools and solutions.
  4. Collect and analyze productivity and performance data across departments; identify gaps, trends, and actionable insights to drive business growth.
Required Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts efficiently.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools.
