This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills.

  • The Education Director plays a key role in the success of our education initiative by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.
  • Supports operations by actively engaging with the team.
  • Provides outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Operates effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Maintains high standards of performance.
  • Ensures the delivery of programs and initiatives for students and partners.
  • Meets operational excellence standards.
  • Provides administrative support to operations, including answering phones, managing data, and creating sessions with students and teachers.
  • Manages class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
  • Manages tutoring sessions.
  • Monitors students' academic progress.
  • Helps ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Manages time effectively, adhering to requirements.
  • Conducts conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Develops relationships with students and their families.
