Nursing Education Leader

This is a pioneering role that requires an exceptional educator to lead the development of nursing education programs at a premier healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs for nurses and support staff, incorporating innovative teaching strategies and evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to learners and continuously improving training modules.
  • Collaborate with academic partners to co-develop curricula, share best practices, and strengthen clinical-academic partnerships, driving excellence in nursing education.
  • Lead change through education by aligning programs with institutional strategy, managing resources, and engaging multidisciplinary teams to promote professional growth and development.
  • Integrate research into practice by conducting nursing research, applying evidence-based knowledge, and mentoring learners in critical inquiry, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure ethical and legal compliance by embedding professional standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical principles into all educational activities, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license, holding or pursuing a post-graduate degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Sciences.
  • Certification training in curriculum development, course facilitation, or related fields, along with 1–2 years of clinical experience or full-time teaching experience in nursing education.
  • Preferably, 5+ years of commendable teaching experience in health sciences or clinical training, with a strong track record of instructional design skills and commitment to excellence.
  • A passionate educator with a collaborative leadership style, able to work across departments and institutions to elevate nursing standards, foster continuous learning, and promote innovation in nursing education.
