Job Title: Nurse Educator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing education.

  • Demonstrate expertise in creating comprehensive educational programs that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to identify and share best practices, ensuring consistency across all settings.
  • Exhibit management and leadership skills to incorporate organizational mission and strategic plans into educational programs.
  • Apply research-based critical inquiry to identify and solve educational and practice-based problems, improving client care in partnership with quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize ethical and legal principles, code of ethics, and hospital policies to ensure professionalism and professional values in decision-making.

Ideal candidates possess a Registered Nursing degree, at least 9 post-graduate units in Nursing, and 2 years of full-time teaching experience as a clinical instructor.

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
