Job Overview

The Medical Allied Non Clinical role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our members and providers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the intake of members or admission/discharge information, working with hospitals, clinics, and facilities to manage requests for services, and providing appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases.

This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness when dealing with our members over the phone. A flexible schedule that includes evening hours is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing member intakes or admission/discharge information
  • Working with hospitals, clinics, and facilities to manage requests for services
  • Providing appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases
  • Handling resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with experience working within the healthcare industry, Medicare and/or Medicaid Services, and call center experience.
