Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Administrator to join our team at J-K Network Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in HR Information Systems.

About the Role:

  • Process timely separations of employment, status changes, and transfers within both ticketing and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure that all changes submitted include the proper documentation, such as offer letters and approvals.
  • Manage ticketing requests through our HR ticketing dashboard, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely resolution of all HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees & managers regarding HRIS-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human Resource or any related field.
  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience.
  • With experience in HRIS.
  • Amenable to work in a BPO company.
